Warranty Conditions.

It is important to keep in mind that there is no warranty for color or model, as this product is shipped based on availability and there are no variables.

The warranty does not apply to models or colors for products that do not have a variable; they are sent based on availability. The warranty does not apply to the intensity of the colors shown in the image.

* NOTE: In the event that a warranty is approved, the exchange will not be sent until the product for which the warranty is being approved is received. Once received, the exchange will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

Conditions for returning a product.

* To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable) must be included. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing Parts Warranties

* Missing parts or broken, damaged or dented products: To carry out a warranty process, you have a maximum of 2 days to report it from the receipt of the product, through the platform, in which the new condition must be specified and argued with evidence (photos and videos of the condition of receipt of the product with its packaging and the photo or video of the receipt guide)

Law of withdrawal

* Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Transportation costs and any other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically annulled if the product was used or does not come in the same conditions as delivered, with its accessories, security seals, manuals and everything else involved.

Factory defects

* To make the report, you have a 30-day warranty for operation and/or damage to the product that is not related to its correct operation. It is important to provide evidence (video) where the product is not working and it must be reported through the platform.

* In cases where a warranty is approved for product malfunction or replacement, the original product must be sent to our warehouse. Once the product arrives, we will have 48 hours to return the product for replacement or repair.
